Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1/2 cup frozen raw zucchini

  • 1/2 cup frozen raw cauliflower rice

  • Vanilla protein powder

  • 1.5 cups unsweetened plant based milk

  • 1 TBSP cashew butter

  • 1/2 TBSP chia seed

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

Method

  1. Blend all ingredients together in a high speed blender. Enjoy!
