I have always loved all things health, nutrition, and fitness related.

 
 

It wasn’t until after a stressful career in the music industry that I made the dramatic change to become a Pilates and yoga instructor. My experience guiding students through movement based practice helped me realize that serving others illuminated my own life. The relationship between mind and body truly inspired me to embark on a journey to become an Integrative Health Coach. I’ve always been fascinated by nutrition, and I am reminded every day that eating a plant-based, healthy diet can reverse health issues, prevent disease, aid in anti-aging, as well as help people lose weight and feel alive. 

My real journey began when I couldn’t find the answers I needed through conventional medicine and advice from my physician. I began to advocate for myself so I could get to the root cause of the hormone issues that were weighing me down, physically and mentally. It was then I realized I could help others address their own symptoms and support them along the way.

I love helping clients with hormone issues, lifestyle changes, and weight loss because I’ve been through those seemingly never-ending cycles myself. My goal is to help people create sustainable healthy lifestyles that people can upkeep and enjoy for a lifetime. To me, living a healthy lifestyle means living well, guilt-free!

Outside of my coaching practice, I live in Boston with my husband and 4-year-old son. My hobbies include being outdoors, hiking, taking long walks, and stand-up paddle boarding. You can usually find me in the kitchen (and my son taste-testing!) creating new recipes for clients and my blog.
