Her Program Changed MY Life

The truth is, I never really liked my body. When I was a teen and a dancer, I was the dancer without the dancer body. In college, when low rise jeans were the trend- I cringed. But then, when I hit my 20s and started working in the city I was suddenly SO busy that I often I forgot to eat, and suddenly the weight was falling off. And thus began a 20 year horrible habit. Restricting. Skipping meals. Over exercising. SO MUCH CARDIO.
For a while these unhealthy habits “worked”…until I turned 40. 41 to be exact. The number on the scale jumped over 8 pounds (which for me, was a lot). No matter how much I exercised (sometimes 2x a day), or how much I restricted my eating the weight wasn’t budging. I was bloated, exhausted, and just not sure what to do.  I needed to make a change. When I reached out to Lauren my hope was to lose the weight and learn how to eat for my body.  The weight came off (rather quickly) and I did learn to eat for my body. What I did NOT expect was how much Lauren and her program would change my life. (And that is not an exaggeration)She said I was “tired and wired”. And she was right. Going a million miles a minute but not fueling my body. My stress and anxiety were through the roof. The weight came off FAST. I was eating a TON! Full, healthy, balanced plates. I was working out LESS. Suddenly I was waking up without my alarm in the morning. My body was transforming. My clothes were loose. I was taking more time for myself, walking, breathing, not obsessing.

I am now about to end my 3-month program and I can’t even recognize the person I was before. My stress and anxiety are SO much lower. I’ve learned how to listen to my body, that it’s “OK” to have the slice of cake, that carbs are NOT the enemy, that veggies REALLY rock my world, and that the scale doesn’t control my brain. Oh, and I finally love my body. THANK YOU Lauren!

When I started working with Lauren in April 2022, I felt bad all the time.  I was lethargic, had serious digestive issues and just felt all around crappy.  From our 1st meeting I knew Lauren was for me since everything she was saying to me was exactly what I needed in my life.  Within 3 weeks I noticed huge changes and I have never felt better in my life. I feel healthy, strong and I look completely different. When I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's Disease I was confused and frustrated by the lack of support I was getting from my Endocrinologist. Thankfully, I found Lauren and can not recommend her support enough. She Helped Me Finally Lose The Weight

I began working with Lauren after a year of trying to lose weight on my own unsuccessfully. Since nothing had previously worked, I was a huge skeptic, but she 100% proved me wrong and since working with her I have lost almost 15lbs. Lauren has taught me most about balanced meals and portion control, and that losing weight and living a healthier life really is not complicated. There is so much noise when it comes to healthy eating and losing weight, but Lauren taught me to ignore the noise and go back to the basics: eating fruits + veggies, healthy fats, CARBS, and lots of lean protein. What I liked the most about her program was that it was completely tailored to me & my body. Losing weight is not a one size fits all, what works for so many other people did not work for me (trust me, I tried). She helped me, week by week, discover what worked best for my body, through trial & error, and I began to see the weight come off. Her weekly zoom check-ins and daily texts helped tremendously not only with support and encouragement, but also with educating me on things I had previously been doing wrong. So many "healthy" habits that I had formed over the past year were actually doing more harm than good. I can't thank Lauren enough for her support over the past 3 months and always continuing to remind my skeptic self that this works - it really does!
