Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of frozen blueberries

  • 1/2 frozen banana

  • 3/4 cup frozen zucchini

  • 1/4 cup of rolled oats

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

  • 1 cup of nut milk

  • 1 tbsp nut butter

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

 

Method

  1. Blend all ingredients together in a high speed blender

  2. For a thick texture you’ll want to use the least amount of liquid possible. Use the tamper or spatula to continuously push the ingredients down until it becomes more creamy.

    *If you’re looking for a nut-free version, sub nut butter for 1 tbsp of chia, ground flax, or hemp seed.
