This refreshing smoothie is an amazing immunity booster! I would call this a cross between a green juice & a smoothie. If you want it to be more smoothie like, add a little extra frozen mango plus avocado, the avocado will make it super creamy!

Ingredients

  • 2 handfuls fresh spinach

  • 1/2 to 1 cup frozen mango chunks

  • 1/4 fresh English cucumber or 1 Persian cucumber (skin on)

  • Juice of 1/2 lemon

  • 1 inch fresh peeled ginger

  • 1 cup water

Optional add ins:

1/4 avocado for extra healthy fat & creamy texture

3 TBSP hemp hearts for 10 grams of protein & healthy fats

Method

  1. Blend all ingredients together in a high speed blender. Enjoy!
