This refreshing smoothie is an amazing immunity booster! I would call this a cross between a green juice & a smoothie. If you want it to be more smoothie like, add a little extra frozen mango plus avocado, the avocado will make it super creamy!

Ingredients

  • 1 carton organic silken tofu

  • 3 TBSP cacao powder

  • 2.5 to 3 TBSP maple syrup

  • 2 TBSP chia seed

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • Pinch or two of sea salt

Optional toppings: coconut flakes, cacao nibs, hemp seeds, granola

Method

  1. Blend all ingredients together in a high speed blender. Transfer pudding into airtight glass containers. Chill in the fridge for a few hours before serving.
