Creamy Avocado Berry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen mixed berry (blueberry, blackberry, raspberry, strawberry)

  • 1/2 cup frozen/raw zucchini

  • 1/4 fresh avocado

  • 1/4 cup oatmeal

  • 2 TBSP hemp seed

  • 3/4 - 1 cup of unsweetened vanilla plant based milk of choice

  • 2 tsp maple syrup

 

Method

  1. Blend all ingredients together in a high speed blender

    *Add more or less milk for desired consistency. Less liquid to make a smoothie bowl, more liquid for a sip-able version.
