Salted Chocolate Coconut Smoothie

One of my favorite smoothie recipes!

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1 cup frozen raw zucchini

  • 3/4 cup frozen raw cauliflower rice

  • 1 cup coconut milk from carton **

  • 2 scoops @nuzest_usa chocolate protein

  • 1.5 TBSP cacao @terrasoul

  • 2 TBSP fine shredded coconut flakes

  • Pinch of sea salt

    Toppings: (optional)

  • Sea salt flakes @maldonsalt

  • Cacao nibs @navitasorganics

  • Fine shredded coconut flakes

 

Method

  1. Blend all ingredients together in a high speed blender. Enjoy!


Notes/Subs:

I used Califia Farms Go Coconut milk but you could sub the following:

  • 1 TBSP full fat coconut (cream from top) plus 1 cup water

  • 1 cup coconut water

  • Any dairy free milk OR water but add an extra TBSP of coconut flakes
