Beach Don't Go Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup frozen blueberries

  • 1/2 cup frozen peaches

  • 1/2 cup frozen raw zucchini

  • 1/4 cup fresh avocado

  • 1 handful fresh spinach

  • 3/4 cup unsweetened coconut milk (or non-dairy milk of choice)

  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder (I used Nuzest *use my discount code laurenvasquez)

  • 1/2 inch fresh ginger or 1/4 tsp ground ginger

Method

  1. Blend all ingredients together in a high speed blender. Enjoy!
