Mango, Pineapple & Coconut Smoothie

This smoothie will transport you to the tropics! It is packed with vitamin C, antioxidants & healthy fats. Once you add the vanilla protein, it tastes like a tropical creamsicle. If you don’t want to use protein, add 1/2 frozen banana.

 

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup frozen mango

  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple

  • 1/3 cup lite coconut milk (from can)

  • 3/4 cup water (more as needed)

  • Vanilla vegan protein (I used Nuzest Smooth Vanilla)

  • Shredded coconut for topping

Notes

  • I typically prefer full fat coconut milk but I bought lite by mistake but it actually worked really well, it wasn’t overpowering. Either will work!

  • Add chia seeds for omegas/fiber
