Raw Pumpkin Pie Bliss Balls (no bake)

Fall is officially here so it’s a perfect time for these pumpkin pie bliss balls. I absolutely LOVE cinnamon so these decadent little bites check all the boxes for me. The best part is, this recipe is so easy to make, no baking required!

Ingredients

  • 1-15 ounce can chickpeas (drained & rinsed)

  • 1 cup oat flour (take 1 cup rolled oats & blend until it turns into fine powder)

  • 1/4 cup roasted no salt pecan pieces (plus more for topping)

  • 1 TBSP sunbutter (sub any nut/seed butter)

  • 3-4 TBSP maple syrup

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1.5 tsp pumpkin pie spice

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • pinch of sea salt

 

Method

  1. Drain & rinse chickpeas.

  2. Blend rolled oats in high speed blender to make into flour. (or use store bought oat flour)

  3. Add all ingredients to food processor, blend until combined.

  4. Roll into bite size balls

  5. Add a piece of pecan on top of each ball.

  6. Put in an air tight container & store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. They also freeze really well.
