Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries

  • 1 cup frozen raw zucchini or cauliflower rice

  • 1/4 fresh avocado

  • 2 chunks fresh cucumber with skin

  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder (I used Nuzest *use my discount code laurenvasquez)

  • 1/2 inch fresh ginger or 1/4 tsp ground ginger

Method

  1. Blend all ingredients together in a high speed blender. Enjoy!
