Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree

  • 3/4 frozen banana

  • 3/4 cup frozen cauliflower rice

  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder (I used Nuzest *use my discount code laurenvasquez)

  • 3/4 to 1 cup unsweetened nut milk

  • 1 TBSP almond butter or pecan butter

  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice

  • 1/4 to 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to the blender. Add more liquid for desired consistency. Enjoy!
