Vanilla Bean Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1/2 cup frozen raw zucchini

  • Vanilla protein powder

  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or any plant based milk)

  • 1 TBSP chia seed

  • 1/2 cup ice

  • Water if needed for blending

  • For extra veggies - add spinach, it will just turn it green but still have wonderful vanilla flavor

 

Method

  1. Blend all ingredients together in a high speed blender. Enjoy!
